Guided, hands-on perfumery
Susan walks your group through essential oils, absolutes, tinctures, and perfume bases, explaining how each material contributes to a finished scent. You'll smell, compare, and discover as you go.
Create your signature perfume.
Learn how top, heart, and base notes come together, then build a fragrance that reflects your own taste. Each guest leaves with a handcrafted keepsake.
Personalized attention
Groups are capped at 10 guests, so everyone gets individual guidance and time to explore the materials at a comfortable pace.

Private groups of 5–10
2½–3 hours, ideal for celebrations, retreats, and corporate events
The host arranges the venue and covers any venue costs. A private Sol Aromatics location in Buellton may be available for smaller groups. Santa Barbara, Montecito, Santa Maria, and Orcutt bookings add a $100 travel fee; other areas beyond the Santa Ynez Valley are quoted individually.
