Product Return Policy

All product sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are offered on products purchased from Sol Aromatics.

Domestic Sales Policy

Sol Aromatics products are offered for sale and shipment within the United States only. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders intended for export, international redistribution, resale, or distribution outside the United States.

Products that are shipped, forwarded, or otherwise transported outside the United States after delivery are not eligible for returns, refunds, replacements, or support.

Workshop Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your perfume-making workshop or private party within 14 days of booking for a full refund.

After 14 days, workshop and private party bookings are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please get in touch with us, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

Aromatherapy Appointment Cancellation Policy

We require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel an aromatherapy appointment.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
