As a licensed psychotherapist and certified aromatherapist, I offer personalized aromatherapy sessions tailored to your emotional, mental, and physical needs. Drawing on my expertise in mind-body techniques, I guide you through a collaborative process to create a custom essential oil blend that promotes a desired state of being and supports inner calm and clarity.
These sessions are beneficial for managing stress, regulating emotions, and supporting the nervous system. Because scent has a direct pathway to the brain's emotional centers, it can help bring you into the present moment and elicit a calm, focused, and intentional state of being.
The process includes a brief online intake and a 60-minute session, available in person or remotely. During your session, you'll create a personalized blend and learn how to use associative learning and mind-body techniques to anchor the scent, so it can help you consistently access a desired state of being.

Case Study
Sarah is a 24-year-old woman who presented in a negative state of Fear of Loss. She reported anxiety, panic attacks, and sleep disturbance following treatment at the emergency room for a severe allergic reaction to medication. The session entailed guiding Sarah to blend 2-3 essential oils that elicited a sense of relaxation upon inhalation. Of particular interest, Sarah chose Bergamot (Citrus bergamia) and Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) from the 18 available oils. Energetically, Bergamot is known for its relaxing, restorative, and calming properties, and Lavender is known for reducing anxiety and fear. Sarah was then taught to induce a relaxed state using conscious breathing and the mantra "I am assured," paired with the blend's aroma. She was directed to practice the exercise in the morning, afternoon, and before bedtime. Two weeks later, she reported no longer experiencing daily generalized anxiety, sleeping a full 8 hours a night, and being able to prevent the occurrence of a panic attack. Sarah further reported that imagining the scent itself helped her feel relaxed.
