In this experiential workshop, you will learn about essential oils and how they can be used to calm the mind.   Each participant will receive instruction on how to create a personalized blend that links their scent to a state of relaxation, in combination with a guided meditation.

With over 20 years as a therapist in Santa Barbara, Susan Farber has developed an in-depth understanding of stress, anxiety, and trauma to the individual.  Additionally, Susan is a certified aromatherapist, who successfully utilizes essential oils as a clinical tool to help cope with negative emotions that may be part of one’s daily life.
